Some issues that appear may be temporary or visual—please try the following to see if it will resolve:
- Force close and reopen the app
- Clear the app cache (on Android)
- Restart the device to clear the cache (on iOS)
- Uninstall and reinstall the app (but first, make sure you will be able to restore your progress)
